1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using the “CookLink” mobile application ("Application") provided by MatCode Mateusz Arczyński, conducting business under the name MatCode Mateusz Arczyński, NIP 875-156-25-99, e-mail: matcode.help@gmail.com ("Service Provider").
2. By installing the Application or starting to use it, the User enters into an agreement for the provision of electronic services with the Service Provider under the conditions specified in these Terms.
3. Before using the Application, the User is obliged to read and accept these Terms. Lack of acceptance prevents the use of the Application.
1. The Application requires a mobile device with:
a) Android 8.0 or newer, or
b) iOS 14.0 or newer,
and an active Internet connection.
1. The Service Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
2. The User is prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or attempting to obtain the source code of the Application without the Service Provider’s express consent.
1. The Application uses third-party services (Google Play Services, Firebase, Facebook SDK), which have their own terms of use.
2. The Application is for storing and sharing culinary recipes. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of recipes added by users or for the consequences of their use (e.g., allergies, culinary errors, damage caused while cooking).
3. The Service Provider is not liable for malfunctions resulting from lack of Internet access or technical problems on the part of third-party service providers.
1. Users may create an account to synchronize data across devices and back up recipes.
2. Deleting the account or application may result in the loss of saved data if it has not been previously synchronized with the cloud.
1. The “CookLink” Application is provided free of charge. The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future, of which users will be notified.
1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms. The current version is always available in the Application.
