1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using the "QuickAns" mobile application ("Application") provided by MatCode Mateusz Arczyński, conducting business under the name MatCode Mateusz Arczyński, NIP 875-156-25-99, e-mail: matcode.help@gmail.com ("Service Provider").
2. By installing or using the Application, the User enters into an agreement for the provision of electronic services with the Service Provider under the conditions specified in these Terms.
3. Before using the Application, the User is required to read and accept these Terms. Lack of acceptance prevents the use of the Application.

a) Android 8.0 or newer, or
b) iOS 14.0 or newer,

3. When using the Application outside a Wi-Fi network, the User bears the cost of data transmission according to their operator's tariff. The Service Provider is not responsible for these costs. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Application, you must have the bill payer's consent to use the Application.
4. The QuickAns Application stores and processes personal data you have provided to us in order to provide our services. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the Application secure.
1. The Application is provided free of charge. The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce fees for the Application or its services in the future, of which Users will be informed in advance.
1. The Service Provider may introduce updates to improve the security, functionality, or performance of the Application; the User agrees to install them if they wish to continue using the Application.
2. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to be compatible with the operating system version installed on the User's device.
3. The Service Provider may discontinue providing the Application or any part of it at any time, without prior notice. Unless the Service Provider decides otherwise, upon termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to the User under these Terms will cease; (b) the User must stop using the Application and (if necessary) remove it from their device.
4. The User may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from their device.
1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. The amended Terms will be made available in the Application and on this website. It is recommended to check this page regularly.
2. Continued use of the Application after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
