Jak usunąć konto
- W aplikacji przejdź do: Ustawienia -> Konto -> Usuń konto.
- Potwierdź operację w aplikacji.
- Jeśli nie masz dostępu do aplikacji, napisz na matcode.help@gmail.com z adresu e-mail przypisanego do konta.
Co dzieje się po zgłoszeniu
- Konto zostaje zablokowane niezwłocznie po potwierdzeniu usunięcia.
- Dane konta i dane treningowe są trwale usuwane do 30 dni.
- Dane wymagane przez przepisy księgowe (jeśli dotyczy subskrypcji) mogą być przechowywane dłużej zgodnie z prawem.
How to delete your account
- In the app, go to: Settings -> Account -> Delete Account.
- Confirm the action in the app.
- If you cannot access the app, e-mail matcode.help@gmail.com from the address assigned to your account.
What happens after the request
- The account is deactivated immediately after confirmation.
- Account and workout data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Data required for accounting or legal obligations (if subscriptions apply) may be retained for the required period.
